Twenty or so Canucks got together on Sunday November 29 to watch the CFL’s Grey Cup Finals at the Carolina Ale House at Brier Creek. Labatt Blue and great poutine were had by all, amidst much laughter and game cheers. (The Edmonton Eskimos won over the Ottawa Redblacks 26-20.) A million thanks to Bob Savage for making this event possible at the Carolina Ale House and to Janice for coordinating on the CanSouth side of things.

CanSouth is getting together at the Carolina Ale House (Brier Creek) to watch the Grey Cup Finals in Winnipeg, Manitoba, on Sunday, November 29 @ 5pm.
Kickoff is at 6pm (5pm in Winnipeg), so you’ll have time to grab a Canadian beer (on tap just for us) and mingle before the game starts. You don’t like Canadian football (or any kind of football)? Then come just for the poutine! Yes, Carolina Ale is treating us to poutine for the occasion.
We look forward to eating poutine and watching the game with you. When you get to the Carolina Ale House, just follow the Canadian flags to the patio…
We need a head count. So if you plan to attend, please register using the form on the * Event Registration * page, available from the menu.
