Canucks from the Triangle met yesterday at Bottledog Bites and Brews in Cary for CanSouth’s Poutine and Beer Tasting.
We sampled four fancy poutines paired with four local beers. Pretty much everybody agreed that the poutine was delicious, especially the one topped with Montreal smoked meat. The Coolcumber fruit beer from Wicked Weed Brewing in Asheville, which was paired with the Mexican poutine, was by far the favourite.

Singing the Canadian anthem before the Sens vs Sens game.
Le Mexicain: traditional Poutine with Jalapeño Peppers, Tomato, Sour Cream, and Guacamole (surprisingly tasty)!

Thanks to everyone for hanging out with us and a huge thank you to CanSouth’s Social Media volunteer for organizing this fun and tasty event!
